Photos have appeared in the National Enquirer that allegedly show Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, snorting cocaine. While the tabloid magazine has claimed in its “world exclusive” story that Brown, 17, is “hooked on cocaine and booze,” the reality star has used Twitter to dispute the claims. She tweeted that a “former very dear person to me did this. Set me up to make it look exactly what it looks like. God will smite them yes.” Brown later clarified that that person was a former boyfriend.

Brown says that the photo is not what it looks like, and that she is hurt by it. Later, Brown said that she had been comforted by Houston. Both of Brown’s parents have famously struggled with drug addictions in the past, but Brown says that it is her mother’s professional footsteps that she is following. Brown said over Twitter that her family “is great — and I know I will over come this and succeed. This is all I’m gonna say.”

In 2008, Brown made headlines when she was admitted to a psychiatric ward after she tried to stab Houston. She then tried to slit her own wrists with the knife.
